Thanks to a multimillion dollar reimagining of The Gordon’s culinary school, our new architecturally-designed spaces include high tech AV equipment and state-of-the-art kitchens. Our event spaces are also conveniently located right next to Geelong Train Station, opposite Johnstone Park and the bustling arts precinct.

The Davidson – private dining room
Our private dining room is a contemporary space perfect for smaller gatherings including private parties, corporate dinners and team building events. With exposed red brick on one wall and floor-to-ceiling glass on the other, the room manages to feel both intimate and spacious.
Equipped with a large flat screen and advanced technology, you will have everything you need to host a seamless presentation as you enjoy our exceptional food and attentive service.

The Davidson – entire venue
Set in one of Geelong’s beautiful historic buildings, The Davidson is a grand space with a mix of modern and heritage features. Thoughtfully renovated in 2022, the space features an ultra-modern eight-metre bar, high wood-panelled ceilings and an expansive viewing window revealing the cutting edge kitchen.
The Davidson chefs are industry leaders who take pride in presenting imaginative dishes that celebrate premium local produce. If you’re planning a wedding, gala dinner or awards night, The Davidson is sure to impress the most discerning guests.

The Share Plate
Located on the first floor of a 1920s building, The Share Plate has been fully renovated to host premium yet affordable corporate events, conferences and private functions. The space is designed for optimal acoustics and can be divided into two smaller rooms – perfect for conference breakout sessions.
A private outdoor deck offers a view of the new Geelong Performing Arts Centre and the room is equipped with the latest AV technology to ensure your presentations run smoothly.

The Culinary Academy
Renovated to the highest possible standards in 2022, The Culinary Academy is ideal for product launches, hands-on classes, cooking demonstrations and cocktail parties. The space is flooded with natural light thanks to the pitched ceiling with skylights and wall of arched windows.
The exposed red brick walls along with the timber floors and bench seating add warmth and texture to this stylish industrial space.

The Barista School
The Barista School can be exclusively booked for team-building days and private events.
